About SurgVision:
SurgVision was founded in August 2013, as a spin-off of the Technical University of Munich with the headquarter in Groningen, The Netherlands, with a development team in Munich, Germany.

Solution:
SurgVision is developed a real-time Fluorescence Image Guided Surgery platform combining a targeted imaging agent and a device for efficient tumor visualization during oncology surgical procedures. SurgVision develoed integrated optical imaging platforms, including camera, software and target specific tracer(s), for specific disease areas like breast conserving surgery, peritoneal carcinomatosis and esophageal cancer.

TVH’s contribution:
Ton van den Hoven was one of the founders and CEO of SurgVision.

Status:
In October 2017 Bracco Imaging S.p.A., a leading global company in diagnostic imaging, acquired SurgVision.
