TVH Business Consultancy has a unique expertise in building startups, business development and sales/general management in de MedTech & Life Science industry.

TVH is a network organization led by Ton van den Hoven & Saskia van den Dool. All our experts are independent professionals with their own expertise. This brings a wealth of knowledge and experience together; setting startups and organizations up for success.

Currently TVH Business is working on several projects involving innovative solutions in the field of Medical Devices, Lifestyle and Life-sciences solutions. Projects are being selected on the basis of the ability for the technology to address a real-world medical problem that positively impacts patients. Besides being active in startups TVH can as well support in consultancy, training and coaching in the MedTech & Life Science industry.


Ton van den Hoven

Ton is an experienced entrepreneur. His passion and drive are leading towards success. Ton has a proven track record and broad experience in the MedTech & Life Science Industry. As former CEO and co-founder of SurgVision he brings a wealth of knowledge in business development within the MedTech & Life Science industries. 

He held senior management positions at Philips Healthcare (Sr director Business Development and Strategy); Stentor Inc. (VP & General Manager Europe), Stentor was sold to Philips Healthcare in 2005; Cemax-Icon (VP International operations), Cemax-Icon was sold to Kodak in 1998. 

His experience build through these functions are related to: Introduction of new business models in Medical Industry, Quality Systems and Regulatory Processes and Sales and Business Development in new domains and markets. Ton holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering and a BSc in Marketing.

Saskia van den Dool

Saskia is an inspiring leader. Known for her high energy, excellence in developing ideas and executing projects, she has a proven track record in business development, sales and marketing in the Healthcare Industry for 25+ years in a variety of sales, sales enablement and marketing leadership roles, Saskia applies insight, objectivity and her extensive experience to help organizations improve performance and growth. 

Through a carefully curated combination of consulting, training, coaching, sales and marketing management and business process automation, she will guides people through the steps needed to ‘simply improve’. 

Holding a Six Sigma green belt, a Bachelor of Science (MBRT – Radiology) & Bachelor of Education degree, Saskia’s training certification includes an MBA masterclass in marketing strategy and situational leadership, certified by the Dutch Institute of Marketing (NIMA), certified coach NOBCO/EMCC EQA-accreditation on Senior Practitioner level.
